John Bulik
John has such a diverse background and skill sets that make him uniquely qualified as a Real Estate Professional. John's attention to details, keen listening ability and vision coupled with his ability as a solution finder makes him your best ally in real estate transactions. John is particularly talented at locating ideal properties and has evaluated literally thousands of properties in the Colorado Front Range. As a business owner / contractor John has:

• built or remodeled dozens of commercial and industrial sites
• managed a portfolio of over 50 properties at a time
John has expertise in Sustainable building and energy practices. He worked for six years in the renewable energy field developing expertise in solar PV, solar thermal, wind energy and many related technologies. John manages a small urban farm on his acreage in West Metro Denver with his wife/business partner, Susie Stewardson, of 30 years.

Susie Stewardson
Susie Stewardson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, graduating Cum Laude from Sweet Briar College in 1986. She began her real estate career in 1996 as an investor alongside her husband, John Bulik. Together, they bought, sold, rented and renovated over 300 homes.
In 2004, Susie earned her real estate license. Over the past 20 years as a licensed agent, Susie has helped clients buy and sell hundreds of homes all over the Colorado Front Range. She is well-versed in both residential and acreage property real estate, and she resides with her husband, John Bulik, in Wheat Ridge, CO. As a Broker Associate, Susie’s primary focus is ensuring happy clients.
Susie is a key member of The Summit Team, which specializes in digital marketing and innovative marketing strategies. She puts maximum effort into each client’s home, regardless of the listed selling price.
